The Honda Valkyrie Motorcycle has always been a favorite of mine due to their unprecedented reliability.....fabulous power and smoothness....great looks....and total fun factor. Nothing beats a Valkyrie and of course my honda valkyrie motorcyles are the best of the best. Check out the links to some of my valkyrie motorcycles below and enjoy.

Hey, here's a bit of celebration for me. I haven't had or dealt with any Valkyries for quite a while. But sometime this week 09/02/13, I will be bringing home a beautiful 2000 Valkyrie Tourer, Low Miles, Equipped, and perfectly maintained. I feel like I'm coming home since the Valkyrie was the bike that stimulated me to start this website in the first place. I'll post the bike once I'm home and have taken some decent pictures. Just wanted to share this with you. I'm sorta Jazzed about it.
Built around a pumped up Gold Wing engine, the Honda Valkyrie certainly carries it's own special character. I call it a Gold Wing engine "ON STEROIDS".
The large displacement engine is fed by six separate 28mm CV carbs, the cam timing is more radical, red line is higher, and the cruiser uses a more free flowing six-into-six exhaust system which produces an exhaust note all its own.
Valve adjustment is by screw and lock-nut adjusters, camshafts are belt driven and the alternator pumps out a whopping 546 watts.
The Touring model adds a full-size windshield and hard travel cases (saddlebags) over the standard model. The earlier models had the most horsepower with a slight diminishing of hp as the years went up. But it was basically indistinguishable to the average rider. The early models had about 100hp with the later models leaning more toward 95hp. But all models were very strong and enjoyable.
About the only negative to the Honda Valkyrie is that it was and is one of the poorer performers regarding GAS MILEAGE. Power...plenty...decent handling due to the relatively low center of gravity. But gas mileage...expect between 28-32 mpg which is good for most cars but in the lower end of the spectrum regarding motorcycle gas mileage.
Directly below I'm providing several pages showing the Honda Valkyrie Motorcycles I have had the pleasure of owning in the past. I currently (03/29/13) don't have any Honda Valkyrie motorcycles in the stable but that could change at any time. For a while there, that was all I owned.

Since I'm not in pain (yet), I have to confess I love these bikes. Be sure to let us know your Honda Valkyrie Stories using the box below to contribute.
For many riders, the Honda Valkyrie is the ULTIMATE EXPRESSION of riding pleasure. Strong...totally reliable...awesome looking...and reasonable handling for a bike of such large size. Do you agree? Do you love your Honda Valkyrie or do you have other feelings? Do you have a story to tell about your ownership or interaction with a Honda Valkyrie? It can be funny, sad, factual....Was it a love relationship...hate??...America and the world is wanting to know. If you have a cool picture involving a Honda Valkyrie please post it for us to see.
